“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
Who am I?
First and foremost, I am a beloved child of God and that is the foundation for all my peace and joy.
God has given me many callings in my life ~ wife, mom of 2, Director of Christian Education, daughter, friend and coach to name a few.
I understand key motherhood life stage transitions from having littles to launching newly minted young adults. With almost 30 years of ministry experience, I have a heart and passion for serving ministry-oriented women and understand when the motherhood calling and ministry calling collide, often disrupting our peace and muting our joy.
I am blessed with 29+ years of leadership experience in a congregation as a Director of Christian Education and as the Executive Director of a Christian non-profit. I hold Masters in Organizational Leadership from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University in Irvine, CA. I have been coaching since 2016.
My personal sabbatical experience came at a time when I was facing burnout and a significant loss of peace and joy. I believe the sabbatical coaching support I received was key to the path to more peace and joy today.
Looking back I recognize that I have been an organizing and systems person since my childhood. God has used these skills to help me navigate different seasons of life and to support those around me at work and at home. I value having peaceful spaces at home, at work, on my calendar and providing those spaces for those I serve.
I am looking forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and working together so you too are living with more peace and joy.
